What exactly is the Dinewell Brand Transformation?
The Dinewell package is an all-in-one branding solution for restaurants. We don’t just give you a logo; we re-image your entire brand—your strategy, voice, look, menus, and social media presence—to create a powerful identity that attracts your ideal customers and helps you sell more.
How does onboarding work?
Subscribe to a plan, and we’ll set up your personal Trello board within about an hour. Once you receive and accept your Trello invite, you’ll be all set to get started.
Detailed instructions on how to use the board to submit design requests will be available directly on your Trello board.
How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most requests are completed in just three days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
Is this package for new restaurants only, or can you help my existing one?
It’s for both. We love building brands for new restaurants from the ground up, but we also specialize in transforming existing or struggling restaurants that need a modern re-imaging to reconnect with their audience.
Who are the designers?
Dinewell is a two-person agency run by Victor Ishaya and Peculiar Keys, the founders. Dinewell does not employ additional designers or outsource any work to other entities. You’ll work directly with us throughout your entire experience.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
After subscribing, you can submit as many design requests to your queue as you like — each will be completed and delivered one at a time.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand that you might not always have enough design work to fill an entire month — maybe you only have one or two requests at the moment. That’s where the option to pause your subscription becomes useful.
Each billing cycle covers a 31-day period. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then choose to pause your subscription, your billing cycle will stop, leaving you with 10 remaining days of service that you can use anytime in the future.

How does Web development work?
Web development is included with all Dinewell subscriptions and is handled just like a design request. Dinewell provides complete web development services using WordPress and Webflow, ensuring your website is built with precision and performs beautifully.
Once development is complete, your website will be transferred to your own account, giving you full ownership and control. You won’t need an active Dinewell subscription to maintain your site afterward.
How will I request designs?
Dinewell offers plenty of flexibility in how you request designs using Slack. Common ways clients share their design requests include messaging directly in Slack, sharing Google Docs or wireframes, or even recording a quick Loom video for those who prefer not to write out their briefs. Essentially, if it can be shared or linked in Slack, it’s fair game.
What if I don’t like the design?
No worries! We’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.
Are there any requests you don’t support?
Absolutely. At the moment, Dinewell does not cover the following types of design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (such as GIFs or motion videos), document design (like medical forms or reports), complex packaging, large-scale print design (including magazines or books), or projects requiring Adobe InDesign.
What if I only have a single request?
That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Are there any refunds?
Because of the high-quality and time-intensive nature of our work, Dinewell does not offer refunds after the first week of service. Additionally, refunds cannot be issued for any work that has already been completed.
Can I use Dinewell for just a month?
Absolutely. Whether you need Dinewell for a month or a year, the choice is entirely yours. You’re always welcome to return whenever you have new design or branding needs.
